We will have coffee and snacks available in the morning and a food truck outside during the break!
Eugene Suyu Eugene is the founding force and CEO behind Tinkerine Studios Ltd. and its lead products and user interface design. He is also a co-founder of 3D604, a group dedicated to educating individuals about 3D printing technology. With a B.A. from Simon Fraser University, he is an entrepreneur and user experience designer focused on industrial design and usability. He has been an entrepreneur since the age of 19, with his first business in distribution and the second in product development, manufacturing, and supply chain management before starting Tinkerine in 2012 and bringing it public on the TSX venture in 2014. Jeremy Faludi Jeremy Faludi is a sustainable design strategist and educator. He has taught at Stanford, Minneapolis College of Art and Design, and elsewhere, and he co-authored the Autodesk Sustainability Workshop and Cradle to Cradle Product Innovation Institute’s online learning. Jeremy has contributed to six books on sustainability, including Worldchanging: A User’s Guide To The 21st Century, in addition to his academic journal articles and technical reports. He designed the first version of AskNature.org for the Biomimicry Institute, and a bicycle he helped design appeared in the Cooper Hewitt museum’s exhibit “Design for the Other 90%”. He is currently pursuing a PhD at UC Berkeley, measuring the environmental impacts of 3D printing and studying how sustainable design methods can provide product innovation.
John Biehler John Biehler has been actively sharing his knowledge about 3D Printing technology with people around the world for the past seven years. He cofounded 3D604.org, a group of over 400 3D printing enthusiasts and his first book, “3D Printing with Autodesk” was published in 2014 by Pearson. He’s currently working with Douglas Coupland on the 3DCanada project, a multiyear, country-wide 3d scanning and printing themed art project.
